Clinical Benefits

Improved sleep quality
Magnesium deficiency may be associated with insomnia and has been shown to promote a more restful sleep in preterm infants. Chamomile has been shown in animal studies to help reduce sleep latency.

Significant reduction in anxiety
Passionflower and chamomile may assist in the relief of nervousness, restlessness and irritability in children. LactiumPURE™ may also help to decrease stress induced cortisol levels in healthy individuals. This anxiolytic effect may be due to modulation of the GABAergic system.
