Directions

Children: 2 to 5 years old: Take 2/3 of a metric teaspoon (2.35 g) twice daily with 100 mL of water or juice, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Children: 5 to 12 years old: Take 1 rounded metric teaspoon (4.7 g) twice daily with 100 mL of water or juice, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
