Each 5.0 mL serving contains:

Concentrated Omega-3 triglycerides - fish 4.6 g
Equivalent Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 1.9 g

Directions: Adults: Take 5 mL (one metric teaspoon) daily.
For cardiovascular health: Take 1.25 mL (quarter metric teaspoon) daily.

Tips for taking the liquid if your patients are uncomfortable with the texture of oil:

• Mix into yoghurt or stewed/pureed fruit.

• Stir into a morning fruit smoothie or protein shake after blending (it is important to avoid blending the fish oil as it may be damaged by mechanical force).

• Have a small serve of fruit juice (like orange juice) after taking the fish oil to cleanse the palate.
